I'm a dedicated people-developer with more than 30 years of experience leading teams and building leaders across transportation, wireless insurance, and church ministry. My career has been defined by a single belief: when leaders grow, everyone wins.
At Asurion, I spent 21 years shaping an enterprise-wide, award-winning leadership development program that equipped managers and directors across domestic and global operations with universal coaching competencies. As Director, I led a team of Coaching Managers, served as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and instructional designers, and drove the enterprise learning flywheel that powered multiple senior leader development programs.
My approach to leadership development is practical, relationship-driven, and grounded in accountability. I don't teach leadership theory — I facilitate transformation. Whether I'm coaching a frontline supervisor or a senior director, I meet people where they are and push them toward their next level of performance.
